Tiago Bravo began his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey in 1992 at just 6 years old in Petrópolis, Brazil. At 18, he moved to Rio de Janeiro to train at Brasa Jiu-Jitsu Club under Master Múzio de Angelis, who promoted him to black belt at 22.

A Bachelor in Physical Education and multiple-time black belt champion in IBJJF and UAEJJF/AJP events, Tiago has claimed titles at the World Pro, Europeans, Pan American, and South American Championships. He also coached UAE University to a historic team victory at the World Championship.

Since arriving in the UAE in 2012, Tiago has taught at Zayed Military Officers College, government schools, and military bases. Today, he proudly represents the Gracie Humaitá family, sharing over 30 years of experience and a lifelong passion for Jiu-Jitsu.
